Australia Goldfields Open is soon approaching us, commencing June 29th 2015 from the lovely Bendigo Stadium. 16 world ranked players will be up against each other fighting their piece of an approximate $500,000 prize pool. Fans of online betting have a few different prospects to bet on for this year's snooker open here are our tips

  1. Judd Trump an English professional snooker player beat home time favourite Neil Robertson in 2014.  Winning his fourth ranking title despite bookmakers backing Neil as favourite to win.
  2. Neil Robertson is the only Australian to have won a ranking event and has been undefeated in his previous six televised finals.  He is considered as Australia’s best ever snooker player, smashing the second official maximum break of his career in the Wuxi Classic Qualifiers.
  3. Marco Fu another professional snooker player from Hong Kong, cruised through the knockout stages until the final against Neil Robertson at the Goldfields open defeating him 9-6 taking him to second ranking stage of his career and regain his place in the top 16 of the world rankings.
